Track Your Order

Track Your Order

When Do You Get a Tracking Code?

Your order enters processing as soon as we confirm payment. During this phase, we prepare your kit for shipment — we check inventory, pick items from warehouse, and pack everything carefully.

Your tracking code is issued only when the parcel leaves our facility and is handed over to our carrier. This usually happens within [PROCESSING TIME] of your purchase, depending on payment method and stock availability.

Why the delay? Custom items (shirts with your name, number, or special patches) may take longer because they are made to order. International shipments also require additional verification and documentation preparation.

Where to Find Your Tracking Number

Once your order ships, you will receive an email to the address used at checkout. This email includes:

  • Your order number
  • The tracking code
  • Carrier name and tracking link

You can also log into your account and view your orders at any time. The tracking information will appear there as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Understanding Your Shipment Status

Different carriers use different status labels. Here are the most common:

Status What It Means
Order Confirmed / Processing We have received your order and are preparing it for shipment. No tracking code yet.
Picked and Packed Your items are ready. The parcel is in our facility waiting for collection by the carrier.
Shipped / Label Created Your parcel has left our warehouse and is on the way to the carrier's sorting hub. Tracking code is now active.
In Transit Your parcel is traveling. It may have left your country and is crossing borders (for international orders).
Out for Delivery Your parcel arrived at the local delivery facility and will be delivered today or within the next 24 hours.
Delivered Your parcel was delivered to the address you provided. If you were not at home, it may be at a pickup point or safe place.

Your Package Is Moving Slowly — Is Something Wrong?

International parcels often stay "in transit" for several days without status updates. This is normal. Here's why:

  • Border crossings: When your parcel crosses into a new country, it may sit at customs or a regional sorting center for 24–72 hours while documents are scanned and verified.
  • Carrier handovers: Your parcel may be transferred from one carrier to another. During the handover, tracking may not update for 1–2 days.
  • High volume periods: During peak seasons (holidays, major events), sorting hubs process thousands of parcels daily. Delays of 2–5 days are common and do not indicate a lost package.
  • Remote destinations: Deliveries to rural areas or remote regions take longer and update less frequently.
  • Weather and logistics: Strikes, weather, or transportation delays can pause movement temporarily.

None of these mean your parcel is lost. Parcels shipped from Spain to other EU countries typically take 5–10 business days. Outside the EU, delivery can take 15–30 days depending on destination.

When Should You Worry?

Define investigation thresholds: Set [DAYS WITHOUT TRACKING UPDATE] as the number of days without any tracking update before investigating (typical: 14–15 days). Set [DAYS OVERDUE] as the number of days past the estimated delivery date before investigating (typical: 7–10 days).

Open an investigation if:

  • No status update for more than [DAYS WITHOUT TRACKING UPDATE] days after shipment
  • Tracking says "Delivered" but you have not received it
  • The tracking number is not working or shows no results
  • The delivery date has passed by [DAYS OVERDUE] days or more

Track Your Shipment

To check your order status: Visit your carrier's website and enter the tracking code from your shipping notification email. Most carriers update status every 4–6 hours; real-time tracking may take longer for international parcels.

Note: Tracking information is updated by the carrier, not by us. Updates can take a few hours to appear. If the carrier's website shows no results, your shipment may have just left our facility and the tracking system has not yet synced.
